This year, Maurice Meade celebrates FIFTY years of styling Perth! Such an incredible milestone.

Maurice and his talented team have been shaping Perth’s beauty for half a century, and in doing so have established an iconic styling destination and reputable WA brand. This beloved companies’ dedication to excellence and passion for hair has left an indelible mark on our beautiful city, making every client look and feel like a star.

Celebrating Fifty Years of Iconic Hair Styling

I’ve been a Maurice Meade customer since I moved to Aussie in 2014 – and a proud ambassador since 2016. My ambassador role includes authentically advocating for Perth’s most cherished hair artists, trying new products and getting creative with / featuring in their marketing and advertising campaigns.

My highlights from over the years includes fronting their ‘Love Your Blonde’ campaign in 2017, their Spring campaign in 2021 and featuring in three of their Christmas campaigns in 2019 (which also featured our chihuahua, Finn – whose hair Maurice himself styled for the shoot!), 2022 & 2023. And yes, before you ask, mum has every brochure, TV clip and a photo of every salon window I’ve ever graced!

Featuring in the Maurice Meade fiftieth anniversary celebrations is definitely up there as being pretty darn special. It was an honour to have been asked, as much as it is an honour to be part of the Maurice Meade family.
