I couldn’t resist a quick post about my little pink guys birthday!

Thor turned three today and it was of course the event of the year at our house. We had snuggles, cheeps and enough seeded cake (which was worse than gluten free) to last a lifetime… I also happened to be sporting some serious pink tresses thanks to a very colourful shoot with the Maurice Meade team at the weekend – just in time for his big day! It was all just so flocking fabulous

Thor was just over three months old when he came to live with me in 2015, and because birthdays are just my favourite (ever!), I wanted to firm up his birthday. When I did the maths, I arrived at around July 24 – the same date as my beloved grannies birthday. Sadly my grannie is no longer with us, but we have the gorgeous reminder that my little pink guy Thor shares her special day. I know it would make her smile as much as it does me.

So, today we are of course thinking of my amazing grannie, but also celebrating Thor’s third birthday with bright pink hair, seeded cake and lots of flocking.

Happy birthday, little man! You rock pink feathers better than any other guy I know.
